Overview
It wasn’t too long ago that you might have found Niko going full ‘Lords of Dogtown’ on his skateboard in some skatepark, his future creative career just a distant sparkle in a kickflip’s eye. But skateboarding inevitably led to street art, and street art’s creative cred lent itself so well to graphic design that Niko found himself designing for web. Before long, he was a sought-after art director working for multinational advertising agencies. He was so sought after in fact, that he opened his own studio where he founded a storefront, started a brand and then sold the whole shebang.
So where is he now? Eyeing that old skate deck – and wondering what new project, passion or side hobby will start the process all over again.
