Learn how to run a profitable creative business and avoid costly or even catastrophic mistakes from an industry veteran, with over 20 years of practical experience, and $80m+ in billings.
Getting what you want starts with having a clear definition of what you want. You’ll map out a 3 year plan for your business, define success metrics, identify key milestones, and create an action plan for how to achieve them. In the process you’ll learn the emotional value of needs versus wants and how you can apply this same strategy in pricing client work.
By following the plan, you’ll be able to easily talk about money, price projects at a higher value and with greater confidence, remove the friction from client objections, facilitate the sale, and do this all without compromising yourself.
