Letecia Rose is an award-winning facilitator and community engagement specialist passionate about creating equitable spaces. Working in the area of diversity, social justice and community engagement for the past ten years, Letecia has trained thousands of stakeholders and organizations across Ontario and has created spaces for individuals to have courageous conversations about issues of diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB). Letecia splits her time between working at Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment’s sport for development facility called MLSE Launchpad and facilitating skill-building workshops for Skill Market. As a keen advocate of a diversity of thought and interests, she is an avid consumer of anything related to politics and keeping up with the Kardashians.
