Rama Allen is an interactive artist, strategist, and futurist. With a 20 year history in the film and interactive world, he guides, develops, and directs inventive combinations of technology and art to prototype the future of products & experiences.
He was listed in Adweek’s Creative 100 as one of the 10 Visual Artists who are changing the way we see Advertising and the World. He has created works for IBM, Apple, Facebook, HBO, Playstation, and is a two time Emmy nominee for his “True Blood” and “Vikings” title sequences. He has lots of shiny awards.
Along his creative path he has been a sound designer, jazz musician, photographer, filmmaker, writer, interactive developer, designer and mischief maker. He is a mentor at New Inc. and consults on innovation design and methodologies for brands, governments, conferences and universities including Harvard, Yale, NYU, Duke, MIT, SXSW, Cannes Lions, New Museum, Next Web, and OFFF.
