Dré was born and raised in a geological basin left by a two billion-year-old impact crater. He grew up among the rocky remnants of Sudbury, Ontario, a place made from outer space. This connection to the stars seeded a love of science fiction that has grown into an affinity for ideas and technology.

Dré’s career spans over two decades working as an award-winning creative director in the interactive space for agencies like McCann, DDB and most recently Rethink, where he was partner and CD.

When he’s not playing music or pretending to be a cinematographer, you can find Dré at the forefront of what’s new and what’s next. He divides his time, as a free agent, between tech-savvy creative direction, consulting as a futurist, and experimenting in emerging tech including web3 and the metaverse.
