All the presentations in the main room be recorded for your viewing pleasure after the event, so don’t sweat it if you have to dip out for a bit. You’ll be able to view the content 24/7 well after the conference closes.

How will the ONLINE ticket differ from the in-person ticket?
Our goal is to provide you with the closest thing to the real live event—virtually! You can expect the world’s top professionals to be in attendance, along with premier production value and ample opportunities to connect in real-time with attendees and experts alike.
What will the ONLINE format be like?
The event spans three days: April 11-13, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT, with a format that includes 30-minute presentations, followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A. There will also be 10-minute breaks between speakers, and an extended afternoon break each day, as well as some special activities to be announced!
There’s also lively discussions going on in the chat, so jump in to get the most out of the experience!
What will the ONLINE production quality be like?
FITC has been a leader in hosting events since 2002, and this year we’ve perfected the virtual experience for you—including invaluable content paired with high-end production value using Crowdcast for presentations, Discord for conversations, and more. Is everything recorded and available after the event?
YES! As an attendee, you will be able to access all the sessions for six months after the event.

If I can’t attend last minute, are refunds available?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for a digital event, but you will have access to the videos from all presentations. you can also transfer your ticket to someone else, just drop us an email at email@example.com.
