Burnout is real, and behind every burnout is the never-ending pursuit of ‘more’: more recognition, more awards, more money, more confidence, more control, more success…
Bamff would like to get together a panel of creatives to have a candid discussion on the very real but not so-fun-to-talk-about barriers to creativity and for some, what drives us to create in the first place. Some of the touch points would likely be ego, perfectionism, imposter system, jealousy, self-doubt, validation (awards), etc.
Objective
Dig deeper into what drives/stunts a lot of us, and normalize some of the struggles we all face as creatives.
