After a brief history of typography, he’ll explain how to train your eyes to detect good typefaces. Designing what language looks is a tough mission, choosing the right typeface for your design is another one. Michael will discuss the mission of typography in your design: readability? emotional impact? catch the eye? make a difference? Once the mission’s stated, he’ll open the door to the thousands of fonts available for web designers.
