Overview
For years the majority of user interaction with computers has been through one of 2 ways: the mouse and the keyboard. But there are other ways to interact with machines. This session will look at the different ways you can get user input into Flash, how you can use that information and more inportantly how you can design with it. The session will cover using different technologies such as sound and webcams as well specific examples of intergrating with middleware like PHP and the SOAP protocol to design with. Bren will show how this is not just the domain of techy geeks but is all part and parcel of stretching yourself as an interactive designer.
