Presentation

Overview

There’s no magic involved in breaking a gnarly, overwhelming project into actionable tasks – just a lot of Post-its™️.

In this presentation, Martin unpacks Design Thinking as “a process for creative problem solving” (IDEO), and hones in on his methodology of choice: [Dan Nessler’s Revised Double Diamond Framework]. Using real examples and lessons learned, we’ll examine the road from Point A to Point B, how developers and designers can apply this methodology, and where they’re likely to cross paths. Whether you’re a developer, designer, PM, or just enthusiastic about collaboration, you’ll leave with the tools to step up your problem-solving game and better understand the difference between “doing the right things” and “doing things right”.
