His origins with IC Group date back to 1998 when, as part of a small, but resourceful team of developers, Joel set out to meet the nascent interactive needs of promotional marketers. With a business degree, project management and interactive game design accreditation, Joël led the team of interactive developers, coders and creative artists right from the start of the Internet revolution. He was at the forefront of Internet marketing strategy and played a key role in the development of IC Group’s proprietary technology platform — translating interactive marketing needs of clients into the secure technology solutions that today’s leading consumer brands have grown to rely on.

Today, Joël serves as the link between pre-and-post sales – he stimulates brainstorm sessions with a creative mind and applies technical know-how to ensure smooth promotion delivery from development through to account management. Joël has two young sons at home and is a voracious gamer with an unquenchable appetite for games and puzzles of all types.
