Fernanda González is Group Experience Director at Media.Monks, where she leads UX & Strategy for digital products and platforms across the US and Canada. Based in New York, Fernanda oversees the UX & Strategy practice, responsible for delivering world-class digital experiences across a wide range of industries including technology, travel, retail, and more.
With experience at Leo Burnett and Mirum Agency, Fernanda most recently spent four years at Media.Monks Mexico, where she built and led the UX team in LATAM. This wide range of experience informs her approach to design: a balance of functional but rich aesthetics and structure. For Fernanda, designing experiences is an exciting and constant challenge to strategize and be resourceful to innovate in the way we approach human and business problems.
