David started crafting interfaces in HyperCard on his dad’s SE/30 in the 80s and never really stopped. His passion for interaction design has been informed by a wide range of interests and experiences, both in academic and professional.
In school, he took a multi-disciplinary approach, combining studies in communication, cognitive science and systems design. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Math and English, and a Masters Degree in Information Systems and Knowledge Media Design.
Since coming to Teehan+Lax in 2004, David has executed and led award- winning experience design work for clients like AOL, Victoria’s Secret, The Globe and Mail and Virgin Mobile. David is a regular contributor at UXMag.com and an active member of Toronto’s UX community.
