Overview

Pricing your work can be one of the toughest things you do as a freelancer. Understanding and accounting for the value you add to your clients’ businesses—and pricing accordingly—is both an art and a science. In this talk, we break the pricing process down to its basic parts, and demonstrate a number of creative approaches to constructing the right price for you and your clients. We will be discussing price-positioning, value-based pricing, negotiation and more. Ultimately, we hope to show you how a creative and conscientious approach to pricing can be part of the value you bring to a client engagement right from the outset, and set you up for greater success.
