Throughout her career, Stephanie Speranza joins the dots having developed over the years from a sociological ethnographer to user-centered designer. Specialised in Strategic Thinking and UX Research, she’s worked in diverse industries for over six years where she leads design teams where end-to-end processes from discovery and diagnosis into a digital solution are applied. Currently she works as Lead Experience Designer at Media.Monks, and leads a team of creative thinkers and doers, tackling challenges that involve creating innovative experiences that are both engaging and sustainable.
