Fernanda González is Group Experience Director at Monks, where she leads UX & Strategy for digital products and platforms across the US and Canada. Based in New York, she shapes world-class digital experiences for clients spanning technology, travel, retail, and other industries.

Before joining Monks’ New York office, Fernanda spent four years building and leading the UX team in LATAM at Monks Mexico. Her previous experience includes positions at Leo Burnett and Mirum Agency, giving her a comprehensive perspective on design that balances functional aesthetics with strategic structure.
