Andrea Ong’s user experience design practice is based on the fundamentals of mapping business needs to customer needs. Much of her experience has been earned through classical advertising, old-school business analysis, requirements gathering, customer journey mapping, content strategy, information architecture, and digital user interface design.

Her goal on every project is to find that sweet spot where business goals converge with customer needs, to create holistic end-to-end user experiences.
