React-three-fiber is a fantastic tool in any react developer’s tool belt to help their clients’ sites stand out, but when that client is Google, you have to pull out all the stops.
In this talk, Ali Phi will discuss working with the Globacore team on the creation of the Google Connected Home experience, a project built to showcase Google’s home automation technologies via a real-time 3D home that users can explore and interact with via standard “Hey Google” voice commands. Ali will talk through the building of the site, challenges the team faced, and things learned along the way in creating this unique experience.
