Overview
Generative new media and interactive digital arts have been pushing the boundaries of creation and presentation at the intersection of art, science, and technology providing a platform for new experiences for both artists and viewers.
In this talk, Ali Phi will present one of his latest new media art projects entitled “Agnosia.” This project utilizes real-time processing, AI-driven logic, and the EEG brainwave scanner to create an endless time-based artwork. Exploring the memory-recalling process of the brain by making glitches in the natural process of remembering, Ali’s work provides the artist and the audience a free flow of recalling memories and embedded feelings.
