Presentation

Overview

Every agency is different. And of course, this is due to the skills and focus of each firm. But it is also due in large part to the way these firms do their work — the unique processes and workflows they use.

Covering all aspects of business operations, from source control to employee vacations, developing these processes can be a long and demanding experience, and many small firms struggle with creating the right ones — to create an environment conducive to great development that can be easily managed, without placing too many restrictions on the creativity and independence of the team.

In this discussion, owners and managers of a variety of agencies will discuss their results — the processes and work flows they have established, how they have evolved over time and with experience, and what tools and software do they use to help them.
