Geared towards application developers and interactive designers and enthusiasts who are interested in learning more about the inner workings of desktop software development using Flex Builder, Flash CS3 and AIR. The presentation will begin with a demo of Saffron, a UML modeling tool built entirely in AIR using Actionscript 3 then will progress into the inner workings of said application. An overview of various design and development techniques will be also discussed and demonstrated.
