Adobe AIR is an exciting new environment for delivering cross platform desktop experiences using existing Adobe products. This exciting new technology promises to change the way we imagine, create and deliver rich internet applications using familiar technologies like CSS, Actionscript 3.0, Flash CS3 and MXML.
This training session will focus on delivering a comprehensive look into this emerging and powerful new technology by covering everything from creating design rich experiences to writing complex desktop applications. We’ll cover everything from Flash CS3 and Flex Integration, SQLite, windowing, reading and writing files, performance tips and tricks, regular expressions, working with HTML, drag & drop, clipboard management and more!
Audience:
This sessions is intended for both developers and designers with programming backgrounds. A beginners understanding of Actionscript 3 is required and Flash CS3 or Flex Builder 3 knowledge is a plus but certainly not necessary.
