Overview

The headversity resilience methodology is shown to improve individual resilience, or rather, improve ones readiness to face adversity. This methodology was designed from thousands of clinical hours in working with a spectrum of individuals from those who have faced extreme adversity to high-performing CEO’s and athletes. Throughout this workshop, you will learn what resilience is, understand your current stressors that may impact your resilience, and learn the tools needed to improve your readiness to face adversity.
