eing fed-up of not finding the talent they wanted for their increasing client needs and projects, Grupo W took a practical yet risky approach: growing it. That’s how “Digital Invaders” school was born, with GrupoW’s crew working both at the agency and teaching at the school, first thinking of it as a way of feeding the agency, then discovering that it could become something bigger, the first seed for a whole new industry in Mexico.
