As budget dollars shift away from traditional advertising channels, the web has become, for many brands, the central point from which to communicate their message. Client’s expectations, however, still remain in the realm of television and other mediums where high production values are the norm. Hence the challenge is in bringing the two together successfully.
In this session we will explore all aspects involved in creating these types of projects: from on location and studio HD production, to flash integration, asset management, compositing, sound design, server setup, measurement and bandwidth distribution. Plus we’ll get into the managerial challenges of navigating the intimidating world of collaborating with numerous agencies, production companies and clients. As an overall point of focus, we will also discuss how best to leverage this field we all work in to further establish ourselves as the leaders in this new, ever evolving medium.
