Kate is a user experience specialist with Nielsen Norman Group. She conducts user research to guide strategy and implementation for websites and applications.
Kate acts as a consultant to product teams from a variety of industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, hospitality, government agencies, and technology. She also leads UX training seminars, and writes articles on best practices for UI design.
Kate’s research findings and recommendations are informed by her background in information theory and design, as well as her front-end development experience.
