Verne Ho is the co-founder and creative director of Jet Cooper, a Toronto-based user experience agency. As an evangelist and practitioner of lean UX, Verne has defined and led the team’s pragmatic approach to digital product design. A designer and entrepreneur himself, Verne also lends his insight and mentorship to up-and-coming startups from leading Canadian accelerators as part of Jet Cooper’s Design in Residence program.
