Tommy is a front-end developer and designer specializing in responsive web design. He co-founded the EQCSS project, which extends CSS to include features like element queries, scoped styling, and more. He researches new styling ideas, templating techniques, syntaxes, and experimental responsive design.
Tommy has written articles for Smashing Magazine, Hashnode, and SitePoint, and posts videos on his YouTube channel educating people about HTML and CSS. He is also a member of the WICG group working to standardize container queries. In his spare time, he enjoys illustrating ideas and techniques on Codepen and playing code golf with friends near and far.
