Having entered into the world of advertising during the dark days of 2008, Shannon has become incredibly well versed in the art of “Making Things Work, By Any Means Necessary.”
When budgets were low and production jobs scarce, she took on any and all tasks in every possible area of the industry. From assisting on Super Bowl-sized campaigns, to changing rolls of toilet paper, she firmly believes that there is value in every experience.
A rare native New Yorker, Shannon studied Film and Football Spectating at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. After spending her younger years torturing both friends and siblings into being in her personal commercials and music videos, she decided to move back to New York to pursue a career in film and advertising.
In the five years since she joined Passion, the company has proudly created award winning work with exceptional talent from around the globe. As the animation studio’s US-based development producer, Shannon has had the pleasure of working with some of the industry’s most beloved directors, helping them flesh out memorable narratives and create iconic characters.
When she isn’t busy working with her incredibly talented team at Passion, you can find her running around the streets of New York training for the marathon, or at the pool perfecting the art of the cannonball with the hopes of it becoming an Olympic sport in 2020.
