Roxi Nicolussi — known on the internet as @bigpictureroxi — is an entrepreneurial design strategist, futurist, and speaker from Toronto. With a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation and 6+ years in a variety of design strategy/ research roles, Roxi loves the process of creating something from nothing. By day, you’ll find her defining awesome experiences from the inside-out at Shopify. You may also find her teaching problem-solving through design at George Brown College, or sharing knowledge on a stage.
Roxi believes that an app is not the solution to every problem. She is fascinated by the ways digital trends of today will shape human(e) experiences of tomorrow. Roxi loves to imagine far-out futures to inform technological development and ethical design.
