As an award-winning user experience practitioner and leader, Paul Eisen has designed and assessed hundreds of solutions for national and global enterprises over three decades. With a doctorate in human factors engineering, he works across the solution-design lifecycle: from research and strategy, to high-level design, through to development and delivery. Paul also consults on the creation and maturity of design practices and operations.
Paul has participated in the growth and evolution of UX from the pioneering days of the ’90’s to the steady growth early in the new millennium, to the explosion of UX in the past decade.
