John Rothenberg is a cofounder of Sosolimited, an interactive design studio focused on creative applications of new technologies. Sosolimited create unique digital experiences with a focus on live data and dynamic content. Their work includes data driven sculptures, social media powered light shows, and interactive experiences for clients including Google, HBO, IBM, Porsche, and Vice.
The studio has performed and exhibited artwork internationally at festivals and museums including Ars Electronica, Transmediale, The Walker Art Center, Cooper Hewitt, and the Shanghai Biennial. John studied at MIT, where he received degrees from the Department of Architecture. He was named an Art Directors Club Young Gun and was a fellow at the Designlab Siemens Mobile.
