Hala Anwar is a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, where she leads the Consulting Product Management practice. She partners with Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers to design and scale multi-agentic AI products while advancing their Responsible AI, Product, and Design practices. With experience across industries from mining and biodiversity to finance and public transit, Hala is passionate about creating products and experiences where people truly matter. She also mentors within Microsoft’s Agile, Design Thinking, Accessibility, and Women in Product communities, as well as the MENA, Disability, and Women at Microsoft networks.
