Emma Brooks is a Digital Strategist at Publicis Modem, originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, but now calling Toronto home.

With experience working at small and large digital shops, Emma has touched many facets of the Digital Strategy world, from SEO/SEM, to Social Media strategy and Community Management, to website redesigns, and Loyalty Programs. She has worked on numerous national and international clients, such as Volkswagen Canada, Bonefish Grill, Sobeys, Metro, Rogers, Chrysler, LG Canada, Lean Cuisine, Chapters, Keith’s, and many more.

In her personal life, Emma is a committed and dedicated volunteer for TEDxToronto, where she has worked these past three years, first as a Volunteer Coordinator and now as a Programming Director. She spends her time getting active with soccer and bootcamp, and reading all of the internet (especially imgur – her most recently obsession). In February 2012, Emma was picked as a 2012 ModCloth Style Ambassador for the ever-popular online clothing shop, ModCloth. Outside of her activities, Emma loves to read and will be happy to marry Bill Bryson if he were to ever ask.
