Presentation

Overview

SourceBinder (Binder) is a node-based visual framework for easy prototyping and real-time tuning of Flash based visual applications. Balázs Serényi shows the benefits of developing with Binder, including code reuse and sharing. There is great potential in the world of open source projects, but leveraging it causes a lot of unnecessary struggle even if you are really experienced. Using an environment designed to deal with this pain, kick-starts your imagination, and allows you to do what you like most: design, explore and create. Binder allows users to piece together various open source projects within one easy-to-use interface.

Audience:

Designers and developers who are always looking for new technologies and tricks to push their work to the edge. People looking to create rapid prototypes using the myriad of open source projects available for Flash.

Attain:

Walk away somewhat dizzy and blown-away by the endless possibilities.
