Overview

A hands-on and comprehensive look at how engineers can leverage motion and transitions in the new iOS7 SDK to create the most delightful experiences.

Make your animations come true-to-life through the use of the new dynamic behaviours made available in iOS7.  Use physics to your advantage, and make objects on your screen bounce, collide, and interact with each other.  Define your own physic rules and bindings, to keep your users swept away in a completely new dynamic world.

Transitions between views no longer have to be solely comprised of two stages: view1 or view2.  In iOS7, it’s all about what happens during the in-between stage.  Control at a finer level what your users see between transitions, and involve them as they partake in the entire process.

This session is for anyone (not just for game engineers!) looking to build and enhance their applications with animations that go beyond simply moving or fading views and frames.

You’ll walk away with a better knowledge of how to engage your users through the effective use of captivating animations.
