Overview

‘Mobile widgets’ as defined by W3C and found in Opera browser (among others) have made their way onto mobile devices. Small JavaScript and HTML based applications provide a graphical front-end with the Internet providing information. Widgets, combined with Samsung’s TouchWiz graphical user interface are a powerful way to provide end-users with ever-expanding functionality just a glance away.
