In this session Mike Downey, Group Manager of Platform Evangelism at Adobe and former Flash Product Manager, will walk you through a step-by-step process of building a real-world desktop application using a variety of the unique APIs in the Adobe AIR runtime. Downey will also demonstrate how to use the AIR publishing extension freely available for Flash CS3 users on labs.adobe.com.
