Overview

You won’t find lying, cheating and deceiving others on any job description, but according to Hoss they are the most important skills for any digital creative.

How many job titles do you have? Your business card might have one title on it, but the reality is that you could put 5 or 6 titles on there. The job of designer, programmer, animator, information architect, artist, illustrator, cameraman, video editor, sound engineer and musician can often be found in one person’s occupation.

What it comes down to is that we are all liars. We create fictional narratives to sell products, promote brands and entertain viewers. Consumers know about reality, it’s our job to create the dream.
