What’s included with my ticket?

In-person tickets includes two in-person days plus one online day of inspired learning, plus:

  • Attendance at every session, including presentations, Q&As, and live chat.

How will online tickets differ from the in-person tickets?

Our goal is to provide you with the closest thing to the real, live event—virtually! You can expect the world’s top professionals to be in attendance, along with premier production values and ample opportunities to connect in real-time with attendees and experts alike.

What will the format be like?

For our in-person attendees, the event will consist of two days in-person (Oct 14-15) and one day online (Oct 16). The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, with a format that includes 30-minute presentations, followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A. There will also be  15-minute intermissions between speakers, and a lunch break each day. 

How online attendees be kept engaged?

During every presentation, you’ll have the ability to connect with other attendees via the live chat, and ask questions of the speakers using the Q&A feature. Speakers from other talks also like hanging out in the chats (they’re here to learn and find inspiration too!).

What will the production quality be like?

FITC has been a leader in hosting events since 2002, and this year we’ve perfected the virtual experience for you—including invaluable content paired with high-end production values using Crowdcast for presentations. Check out this 90-second highlight video from a recent online event. 

Is everything recorded and available after the event?

We will be recording 100% of the presentations and Q&As. As an attendee, you’ll be able to access these recordings for six months after the event.

What is the ticket price?

We have several options available, which you can review on our ticket page.

If I can’t attend last minute, are refunds available?

Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to issue refunds this year, but you will be able to access all of the recorded presentations after the event.

The event will be held in the Eastern time zone (ET), from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. each day.
