It’s come to our attention that someone named Charlotte Barnes has fraudulently contacted an unknown number of individuals with offers of free tickets to FITC Amsterdam. Charlotte Barnes has no ties to FITC and has never directly been in contact with any of the staff.

We have learned Charlotte’s email is charlotte.barnes@executivesearchgroup.co.uk and have tried to contact her to no avail. We did discover that the domain was registered with Xcede Recruitment Solutions, but they have no knowledge of Charlotte Barnes. They are currently investigating the matter and have been nothing but supportive to FITC.

We really hope that we have been able to clear up any confusion with those that have been contacted, and hope the number is limited to those we are aware of. However, if you (or someone you know) have been contacted by Charlotte or anyone else who isn’t an FITC employee with offers of free tickets, we ask that you bring this to our attention as soon as possible.

If you have officially been registered for FITC Amsterdam, you will have received a confirmation email with a ticket attachment from our event registration system, Eventbrite.
