Katerina Lyadova is a Siberian-born, Toronto-based creative director, entrepreneur, and founder of Oddbee, a boutique design studio specializing in branding and websites for tech companies. Over the past decade, Oddbee has built a reputation for bold, future-forward design that helps clients stand out and scale—though Kat would admit that running a business often feels like an ongoing experiment.
