Eddye is a production lead at Wieden + Kennedy, Portland. His upbringing was equal parts urban and rural — moving from New York City to central Pennsylvania — before attending Temple University in Philadelphia. Having developed a knack for wheel-thrown pottery, a fine art degree seemed sensible but Eddye ultimately graduated from TU’s School of Communications with a degree in advertising design and headed back to NYC to start his career.
Eddye’s tenure at W+K began in 2013, where he has produced integrated campaigns for Facebook, Nike, Sony, Samsung, Old Spice and Kentucky Fried Chicken, to name a few. Finding a way to bring even the most absurd ideas to life is a charge Eddye willingly accepts, and one which has developed into a significant portion of his job description.
The remainder of his time is spent listening to and making music, dreaming of living in Japan, writing poetry and watching the Phillies lose baseball games.
