Donna Vitan is a Design Technologist with a passion for design systems, organizing design tools and processes, and empowering the design and engineering communities as the means to express inclusive design at scale. She’s currently supporting the evolution and growth of the multi-brand, multi-platform Universal Design System at TELUS Digital.
Donna continues to express her passion for design systems as an editor in the Design Tokens W3C Community Group, exploring opportunities to standardize design tokens. She’s a Toronto Chapter Lead for the Design Systems Community, a global community helping to bring local people together to share ways of working, learnings, and best practices in building, scaling and maintaining design systems. And she enjoys connecting with fellow design system enthusiasts by speaking at conferences and livestreams, and hosting local meetups and Twitter spaces.
