Daniel Patreau is the Director on the Digital and Channels Marketing team at BMO Financial Group. Having joined BMO just over one year ago, he took on the responsibility of the existing Design and Development group with the objectives of improving the department’s overall “go to market” customer experience.
Daniel has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing across many disciplines. Considered to be a digital generalist, he has worked in roles from Designer, Developer, IA, UX, Digital, Mobile, eChannel and Omni-channel strategy. Daniel has lead Creative and Delivery groups for the past decade and is passionate about creating dynamic multi-disciplined teams that are focused on delivering effective and engaging user experiences.
During Daniel’s time with BMO he has introduced UX to the Digital team and was instrumental in converting the team’s working methodology from Waterfall to Agile. Prior to joining BMO Daniel held a Director position at Aimia /Carlson Marketing.
