Overview

Big Spaceship embarked on an experiment this past summer with our own version of summer fridays. Instead of sending the crew home on Friday afternoons, we instituted a ban on client work, reserving this time for a series of internal projects, with the ultimate goal of having a bunch of cool stuff to launch at the end of the summer. Josh will show some of the results of this experiment, and will talk about what worked, what didn’t, and the learnings around what it takes to get internal projects done while always having to prioritize client work.
