Overview
Everywhere you look, someone is talking about HTML5 without understanding what it really is. In this session, we’ll dive a little deeper into how you can implement HTML5 in your web projects that not only work today, but will be ready for the future as well. We’ll also talk about how to effectively target not only the traditional browser, but also how to take advantage of the mobile web device world with new web standards. By the time the session is done, you will have learned how to implement HTML5 markup like ‘canvas’ and ‘video’, using SVG, styling with CSS3 and understand some of the great new features in JavaScript that will make your web apps come to life. In other words, you will be crushing it with HTML5 and the other new standards coming to the web.
