Giant projects can be scary if you don’t have a good process. Get an inside look at creating the Konductor AIR application with a focus on team development. Konductor combines an advanced CMS platform with an AIR based content editor that leverages the webkit engine to directly manipulate HTML. This session will be technically framed – a start to end examination of topics such as scope definition, developer and designer workflow, agile principles, iterative experience design, build processes, development framework, and quality assurance.
