Overview
Join three of the QNX AIR SDK Engineers as they explore Air Native Extensions (ANE’s) in depth. Starting at a high level, attendees will learn about what ANE’s are and how to create them for their own target platforms and integrate them into their workflows. Whether it’s simply making ordinary processes execute faster or tying into specific platform functionality, ANE’s will allow you to have all the comfort of creating applications in AIR while leveraging the speed of the native system you’re running on. In addition the team will be displaying demos of some of the more interesting ANE’s that they’ve been cooking up in R&D for the Blackberry Playbook.
