Overview

For high-end video applications that are on a timeline and budget, or if you’re not that strong in Flash, using the FLVPlayback component is the best option. The FLVPlayback component is easy to implement, customize, and gets you running video in your Flash project in no time flat. In this 1 hr session, Derrick will demonstrate customizing and extending the FLVPlayback component in Flash CS3. Customizing the component and its controls, using AS 3.0 and extending the FLVPlayback class will all be looked at.
